Assortment
The range is updated as soon as new products arrive, or if a product runs out. New products are continually under "New Products" on the first page.
Prices
All prices listed in SEK including VAT. The current price is listed when you make your order.
Minimum order amount
There is no minimum order amount, all orders are welcome.
Customer information
The first time you shop with us, please fill in your customer data. The personal information you provide when ordering kept confidential and never provided to third parties without your consent. You always have the right to take some of your registered information and want to delete the data one will be arranged there.

Delivery
Delivery of goods ordered, normally within 3-4 business days unless otherwise specified. However, while stocks last and any delivery delays. We will notify in this case so as soon as possible. When you have ordered several products and one of the ordered items are not delivered you get the product free of freight sent when the product comes into the store again.
Our supply is managed by Schenker and the Post.
Shipping

Complaints
We check all products before we send them, but would the product be damaged or in any way affected, or if you received the wrong product or the wrong number, so please contact us immediately via e-mail so we can correct the error. Remember to enter your order number.
We will send you when an address card that you paste on the package and you can easily, and of course free of charge, return the product to us. We replace the faulty product without any cost to you as soon as possible. Contact us always if you wish to return an item.

If you could change your mind
Consumer Protection applies when you shop with us, ie. you have 14 days (valid from the date you receive your bill). Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. You should also enclose copy of delivery note and receipt. We pay back the value of goods (excluding shipping and handling fee).
Send the goods by parcel post and enter the account you want your money deposited. Do not forget the bank routing number.
Reimbursement is made within 30 days. Always contact us before sending back anything. We do not get out package but we have agreed before and does not solve either the head or package with too little postage.
